My passion for horses began many years ago when my Dad took me for that “pony ride” at the weekend fair. I would not get off the pony and was extremely upset even after several rides.

As a youth, I rode for several years; however, due to family circumstances I stopped. However, my love for horses never wavered. I did return to horses after college and the equine love affair has not ended. After 20+ years, the adventures still continue.

So many lessons learned, with lots of ups and downs — it is truly a journey of a lifetime with so many twists and turns.

I stumbled upon an Arabian Saddleseat barn and I never looked back. I bought 2 show horses along the way: “B.A. Megiddo,” a purebred Arabian who was my “once in a lifetime” heart horse and “Supreme Chance” my 1/2 Arabian/Saddlebred horse.

I spent all my time at the barn when I was not at work, therefore I learned and worked with some of the best in the industry.

The ups and downs continued in my personal life, thus, the barn was my refuge from the world.

Many years later, I bought a purebred Arabian prospect with one goal in mind: to train, show and sell him with me doing all the work and training. It was a tremendous accomplishment when this goal was realized.

Today, I am blessed to ride, show, train, and instruct with Arabians and American Saddlebreds. Yes, I am available for horse training and accepting new riding students.

After all, horses and their humans are the ultimate team, as we all know that horses don’t verbally speak. You will learn the tools you need to create "synergistic" and empowered work teams.

Are you trying hard to fit in? Are you different because of a physical or mental challenge? Are you being bullied? In this unique presentation, I share stories about my hearing loss with stories of my 2 horses as they also had physical challenges to overcome. In spite of all this, we all became a success both in the show ring and life. You will learn how to embrace and celebrate your difference by just being you.

Spend a 1/2 day or full day with hands-on horse experiences at a local horse farm. You will learn all about “experiental learning” which is critical in today’s workforce.
